Elanza is a very well-thought-out project. The general design, layout, and planning seem high-end and well-considered. The staff is courteous and helpful, and provides detailed explanations. The site visit went smoothly. Possession is on schedule, and the project is undoubtedly promising. Also, undoubtedly location is amazing. So, I finally booked a 2.5 BHK unit of 1597 sq ft in Amberstone Elanza.

I recently visited Elanza by Amberstone Properties. This project spans 2 acres in the peaceful yet well-connected neighbourhood of JP Nagar. Elanza has 116 apartments in a stylish S + G + 3 construction. Their amenities are rather satisfactory. Some of them include a swimming pool, sensory pathway, sensory garden, and yoga area. Location-wise, I will give them 10 on 10. But the only issue I found is that they nowhere mentioned the carpet area in the brochure. Since we are paying according to the Super Built-up Area, we also need to know the carpet space.
