I chose an Allahabad Bank house loan mainly because of the lower interest rate compared to other banks. The interest rate here for a home loan starts at 7.15% per annum. The EMI was reasonable and matched my wage. It seemed secure and trustworthy to me. Despite the fact that the process was traditional, the bank staff explained the loan terms thoroughly to me.
