I have been staying here for a while and I cannot complain about a single thing. All the problems are dealt with rapidly and there is a solution to every problem that arises. A few weeks ago there was some water issue, but it was fixed within hours. I feel anyone would live a happy life here. This was my Adarsh Premia review. I hope you like it.

I will do a quick Adarsh Premia review. For months I have been looking for a flat and I finally chose Adarsh Premia because the developers built the project so beautifully that is perfect for any resident. There is a swimming pool, cafeteria, clubhouse, jogging track, intercom facility, security,  reserved parking and many more. Nearly half of the project is filled with greenery which can relax anyone. We all know that Adarsh group are well-known developers in Bangalore and they offer high-quality premium flats to its residents. I will share some location advantages so that you can also decide to buy flats from here:

• Valley School, DPS and other educational institutes nearby

• Close to PESIT, RVIT, BMS IT and other renowned colleges

Sahakari Vidya Kendra school is present under a 1 km radius only. In fact, in case of a medical emergency they don’t have to run haywire, DG hospital is just 400 metres away. As far as connectivity goes, Kempegowda International Airport is just 42.6 Km away, Jayaprakash Nagar Metro Station is at a distance of 2.7 Km and Bangalore Central is just 5 Km away. Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna Railway Station  is at 8.7 Km distance and Shanthi Nagar Bus Station is 8 Kms away. Adarsh Premia reviews are mixed in my opinion. I have heard a lot of good things about this project since it launched in 2013. The highlights include its amenities - barbeque area, yoga and meditation area, landscaping, billboard and snooker tables, club house, etc. I have also come across some concerns over the permissions obtained by the project. It is said that the project is built over storm water drain. I would recommend you to do your part of due diligence before making an investment decision.
