As a citizen of this country, if you belong to a certain economic section, you can avail housing under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). You are eligible for PMAY housing scheme 2021 if you meet following requirements:
- You should not own a pucca house anywhere in the country.
- The annual income of the household should lie between Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs. 18 lakhs.
- If married couple is applying for the scheme then only one of the spouses can get subsidy on this scheme.
