We sold our real estate without the presence of a broker. Now an anonymous guy appears and demanding for money as the broker charges or else would involve a party and create many problems. What shall we do if there weren't any presence of such a broker till the end of this business? Do we need to give a broker fee to him or can we file a complaint against him
