First of all, I would like to say that I understand your situation. I too faced a situation where I was scammed with a lot of money. So I know how it feels to lose hard-earned money because of the recklessness and unprofessional behaviour of someone else.
I would suggest you contact the L&T team through their consumer complaint forum or through their customer service and complaint number and explain the complete note of events to them. They will guide you properly as to what needs to be done and if there is a resolution to your issue. If you still feel cheated or wronged, you can also file a legal complaint with the L&T management and consumer forums.

We borrowed a loan from L&T Reality in April, 2021.An amount of ₹ 80750/- was paid towards mortgage under Challan MTR Form No. 06 on 27 March 2021.We also paid the agent an amount of ₹ 3000 /- to pay towards the NOI ( Notice of intimation) charges. In January, 2022, we were informed by L&T Reality representative that the NOI was not paid by them until date & to which we ended up paying ₹ 16,600 /- with the revised government rates in March 2022. After this, we were informed by L&T that the Challan paid (₹ 80,750) as in MTR Form no. 6 is expired & due to this the NOI can not be processed any further. How shall we resolve this issue ? This has purely happened due to the complete unprofessional & recklessness of L&T Reality as we were not informed about any of these issues in time. Kindly help.
