We have a 1 guntha land in chinchwadgaon, during demarcation process, person from backside boundry come with stand claiming to 3ft land in our plot and didn’t allowed us to measure from boundry, n started argument and forced officers to measure of from inside 3ft.. Official advice to get map as measured and if Area didn’t match then file police complaint.. Person from backslide boundry threatening us… Please advice

We are a society of 28 members. We conducted an election in 2018 by ourselves and not called any election officer. Now some member who is a big defaulter has complained to deputy registrar asking for dismissing the committee. There was an amendment to m s act 1960 in 2018 on this subject. Please guide
