Hi,I am planning to buy B-khata site which is DC converted and land is of A- khata. Layout builder has not taken approval from BBMP instead approval from Gram panchayat. Can I get converted this site from B khata to A khata ?

Sale Agreement
I have signed an agreement with builder for Development, however due to financial reasons, i requested builder to opt sale agreement instead of development, the builder has agreed it after 6 months and had sale agreement with lesser price, now the builder has informed that we will complete the deal within 1week max, however they took more than 2 months to start the agreement, after that they paid some amount and informed we will close within a week time, however in the agreement they mentioned 3 months, which I questioned them, during my signature, they informed it is formality, we will ensure it will be closed by 1 week, now 2months passed and builder is not showing any closure or not releasing the money, I’ m in serious debts and need money, but builder is doing his business and not showing any interest, I need to cancel it is like harassment to me, kindly guide me….
