Deposit and Other Household Items confiscated By Flat owner (I was staying on rent from 2012 to 2022 in one flat, I had paid a deposit of Rs50k but in 2022 I had to move out of the country so had all the stuff in flat. Some of the things I sold and other things like 2 beds, Dunlop, window AC were there in the flat for which the buyer was supposed to come after 2 days I was leaving the country. In this case, I informed the owner about it for which he agreed to give it to the buyer and then the buyer would transfer me the amount. But as I left he stopped attending my calls and finally, he didn’t give me any stuff and confiscated all the Stuff and Deposit as well. I have sent multiple emails to him but not responding. The total value of household materials and Deposits is over 1 lakh. What should I do as he is aware I am not in the country and won’t be coming anytime in the near future?

मेरी दादी के द्वारा वर्ष 1975 में एक अपंजीकृत वसीयत मेरी माता जी के नाम स्टांप पेपर पर लिखा गया था। लेकिन वसीयत पंजीकृत नहीं कराई गई थी। दादी की मृत्यु के बाद उनकी समस्त चल और अचल संपत्ति को लेकर उनके चार पुत्रों के बीच विवाद हुआ, जिसमें मेरी माता के पिता उनके सबसे छोटे पुत्र थे, और उनके सबसे बड़े पुत्र के पोते ने बाबा के नाम से रजिस्टर्ड बैनामा दिखाकर संपत्ति का बैनामा किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को कर दिया। ऐसे में दादी के द्वारा मेरी माता जी को किए गए अपंजीकृत वसीयत के आधार पर क्या हम मुकदमा लड़ सकते हैं? पर क्या पंजीकृत वसीयत मान्य होगा या नहीं जो वर्ष 1975 में लिखा गया है? वसीयत में तीन गवाह है, और वर्तमान में तीनों की मृत्यु भी हो चुकी है। बस वसीयत में एक गवाह की सबसे बड़ी पुत्री जीवित है जो वसीयत के बारे में जानती है। ऐसी स्थिति में हमें क्या करना चाहिए कृपया जानकारी देने की कृपा करें। यह मामला उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के जिला गोंडा का है?

An unregistered sale deed is made by my husband on 31.8.2013 to a person Mahadevayya. My husband died on 14.8.2014. The buyer filed a case in the year 2016 to get register the property in his name. The bond is already submitted to the district Register for valuation of the district Register valued and penalty to be paid. The buyer has paid the amount at the district Register office. The buyer has not signed in the original agreement bond is it valid in the eyes of law?
