Hi Neha
It is a violation of your rights over the ancestral property. It would be advised to consult an advocate to issue a legal notice regarding the same.

This is about a property owned by two brothers. I have the original copy of my father's will which names the two brothers as the successors. My brother filed a court case a decade ago when he wanted to sell his part of the property to residential builder. He got the property registration done which again puts the two brothers on the title. But now, I don't have the original of registration. All I have is a true copy of the registration and father's will. My brother refuses to even show me the original and is asking for me to sell my part. We don't have a partition deed as never got one. What are my options to get the original registration paper in case I want to sell my portion?
