Hey,
If you have received a cancellation message for your GST registration stating that the party was non-existent and the taxpayer has requested cancellation, it indicates that the registration has been canceled due to the non-existence of the party. In such a case, it is generally not possible to rectify the cancellation and continue with the same registration.
However, if the non-existence issue was a mistake or a misunderstanding, you can take the following steps:
Reach out to the GST department or the appropriate authority that issued the cancellation message. Explain the situation and provide any necessary documentation or evidence to prove the existence of the party.
Request the authority to reinstate the GST registration based on the corrected information.
If there was any confusion or misunderstanding that led to the cancellation, provide a detailed clarification along with the necessary supporting documents to rectify the situation.
If the authority does not reinstate the previous registration, you may need to reapply for GST registration with the correct and updated information.
I hope this helps you with your situation.

"The Registration is being cancelled on the basis of letter No. DW/GST/AE/PE/Beta received from Anti Evasion as the party was non-existent. The Tax Payer also requested to cancel their Registration" This is a message I got for cancellation...can it be rectified and the same company can get certification under GST?
