I remember facing the same issue. The NoBroker Rent Payment portal was not working. Here is what you can do:
Close the app, open it again and try to make the rent payment. Due to some technical issues this problem might have occurred
Restart your phone and check whether the problem still persists or not
Uninstall the NoBroker app, install it again and try paying the rent
Try using the app after 24 hours
In my case, I was able to make the payment within 3 hours. But if all these fail, contact them on 092417 00000.
