The best part of The Legend project is its Connectivity to Mumbai-Pune Road. The project has many modern lifestyle amenities within the boundary. The project itself is lush and green. I will share all the amenities I like in this The Legend review. Having Bike and car parking is super convenient. The project has many features that aid in rejuvenating lifestyle. I have not found any major issues with the place till now. The property is legally valid and is registered under RERA, with the number P52100025986.

When I was looking for a property, I instantly considered The Legend to be a good option as the developer (Shree Ventures) has a good reputation in the market. I also asked others about The Legend review and said that despite the 95.83 k sq. ft. area of the project, the space doesn't seem compact. There are a total of 168 units constructed in 2 Buildings. The design of the flats is one of a kind. According to the market rate, the price of the 1 BHK is Rs. 44 Lacs - Rs. 65.5 Lacs

Even though there are two unit configurations in The Legend ie 1,2 BHK. The 2 BHk flat has a variety of sizes (1057. 0 sq. Ft. - 1057. 0 sq. Ft.).I read in a The Legend review that the 1 BHK Floor Plan, Carpet Area is 514 sq. ft. The project is ready to move in at this point. The flats are a mix of comfort and style. The place has a children's play pool with water slides, a meditation area, a lift, a children's play area, an indoor games room, piped gas, and a RO water system.

I think one of the selling points of The Legend is its location. The project is located in Hinjewadi which is 21 kilometres west of Pune. The railway station is near the residential project which makes it easy for us to traffic in and out of the city. Being located in one of the biggest industrial zones of Pune. Since I visit Mumbai quite often, I wanted to buy a place that gave me good connectivity. The project is near the six-lane Pune Expressway, which gives it a direct connection to the Mumbai bypass. I would recommend you read The Legend review and visit the project once before purchasing a property there. I just wish the flats in the project had a better view and less traffic.
