If the builder
is carrying an illegal construction of floors on the project, he has violated the building plan. Therefore, you can cancel your booking.
If the builder has failed to complete construction within the stipulated period you can cancel the booking then as well.
You can file a complaint before the consumer forum and seek a refund of money paid by you with interest.
You can also claim litigation costs and compensation for mental torture undergone by you.
