The Surya Humming Bird completion date is the end of 2025 but it might get delayed. A lot of it is yet to be wrapped up, which might not be possible to cover within 4 months. I went to check out this project and was quite tired while finding it. It is quite far away from Bangalore and there is a cemetery near it, which is why I dropped my plan of having an apartment here.
Their price is also very high compared to the location and plan of the project. You will hardly get good views from the apartments here so before investing, think a couple of times.

Hey, I am interested in buying a 3BHK flat in Surya Humming Bird. Initially, I was confused between 2, 2.5 & 3 BHK units. Currently, the project is under construction. It will be ready to occupy by Dec ’23. The price point of the project is decent as well. 2 BHK flats are priced at Rs. 73 lakhs, 2.5 BHK for Rs. 87 lakhs and 3 BHK apartments at Rs.99 lakhs. The architectural designs of the flats look luxurious. You will get the best of both worlds in the project i.e. spacious flats, large balconies and ventilation. I am keeping up with the sales team and reading Surya Humming Bird review on real estate sites like NoBroker until I have my house.
