There are three configurations: 1, 2 & 3 BHK for buyers. The 1 BHK is sized at 446 sq. ft. The size of 2 BHK ranged from 555 sq. ft to 740 sq. ft. The 3 BHK is sized at 891 sq. ft. In total there are three towers. Tower A will have 25 floors and Tower B and C will have 24 floors each. The Sheth Avante project sounds and looks premium in the floor plan.
