Hi, I am writing this Prestige Southern Star review, as I recently visited the site. Located off Bannerghatta Road on Begur Road near Akshaynagar in Bangalore, Prestige Southern Star is a high-end, residential mixed-use township development. The project occupies 35 acres of land in total.
The project consists of 14 high-rise towers with 2B+G+26/27 floors housing 2130 opulent apartments. These apartments have floor areas ranging from 685 square feet to 2750 square feet and are available in 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK sizes. The project offers over 65 distinct, top-notch amenities and over 80% open space.
On March 21, 2025, the project was approved under RERA. Also, it was launched on March 22, 2025. Depending on the tower choice, the base price at launch ranges from Rs 12,000 to Rs 14,000 per square foot.
