Shadnagar is located at a 50 km distance from the centre of Hyderabad. It comes under Ranga Reddy district in Telangana and the NH 7 is just adjacent to it. Apart from this, the airport is just 25 km from Shadnagar and the accessibility to the railway station and the bus stations is quite easy. There has been a lot of development in this area in terms of residential real estate. There is a huge supply and demand for residential plots in this area.
Another factor adding to is that there are many well-known companies already present such as Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, P&G. This has generated employment opportunities which means there is a need for accommodation options, mainly rental.
So overall, I think it is a great deal as it is near Amazon!
