I am sorry to hear about your experience. I actually opted for the same pack and I was able to find a tenant easily. Nonetheless, I understand the experience can’t be the same for all of us. I got many queries resolved by contacting the customer care people in this company. If you wish to contact the support team regarding your issue, here is what you can do.

 

You can contact the NoBroker customer service team. You can contact them by using the chat option in the app. Share all the details about your problem, the NoBroker team will resolve your issue.

 

You can also write a mail to

. Mention all the details about the package you bought and the problem you are facing. The support team will contact you and help you solve your problem. The support team replied to me in 2 days. They will definitely help you out.

Even  I am following up for refund of my money as the contract expired.  The worst part is RM doesn't respond he says somebody else will call and when I escalate the issue they say speak to your RM he will solve the issue. Whenever I request call back from RM no response nor he responds on the chat.  Even the customer service guys say they have escalated the issue and somebody will call you back but nothing.  If anybody can guide me the right process to get my 25k which I paid for CPMS will be gr8.

Hello,

I bought the NoBroker’s SuperMoneyBack Plan for Rs. 11799 when I was not able to find tenants for my property. However, I was not able to find tenants even one month after getting their plan. So, I called the NoBroker customer care team to know about the refund. They told me that the validity of this plan is 2 months and that I will get a refund in case they are not able to help me find a tenant for my rental property after this period.

Terms and Conditions for MoneyBack & Super MoneyBack Plans:

  • You can claim a 100% refund within one week in case of plan expiry & your house not getting rented out through NoBroker or other Sources.

  • If your house is getting rented out from other sources during the duration of the plan validity, then you can claim a full refund by providing them a valid copy of rent agreement before the expiry of the plan.

  • The rent agreement needs to match the requirements provided to NoBroker. After that, their team will verify the claim and may visit the house for the same reason.

  • The deposit and rent amount in the registered rent agreement need to be equal to or more than the one provided to your relationship manager when you took the plan subscription.

  • No refund is applicable if the house is rented out through NoBroker or the Rental Agreement Submitted (in the case of other sources) doesn’t match the requirement provided to NoBroker during the onboarding time.

You will not get refund in case you buy any other plans.

Hi, My money has been deducted twice for two plans i.e Commercial Tenant Money back plan and Residential Tenant Money Back plan. I was given the surety and the email confirmation by one of your executive that I will get the refund for the Commercial Tenant Plan (as the wrong link was sent by No Broker's whatsapp assistance only). When I asked him to switch the plan for me. He asked me to buy the right plan i.e Residential Tenant Money Back plan and pay for it as he assured me that I'll get the refund for the wrongly purchased plan. Now, that I am trying to reach out the customer support all I am hearing back is "we have arranged a call back for you" and no one is helping me out. For me almost 13k has been deducted and both the plans are turning out to be extremely useless. I request you to please look into the matter and process my refund ASAP. Otherwise I'll have to choose the customer forum to report the issue. This is a very poor behaviour when your executives act extremely actively when it comes to buying a new plan but when it comes to other grievances they are not helping much.
