For those who think to themselves ‘rent my property to amazon’ should know biggies like Amazon and Flipkart want to deal with properties which can be leased out on rent for a longer period of time.
I would suggest you to keep an eye out for the advertisement by amazon. They usually release a notice to invite applications for warehouses and commercial properties on lease.
