My cousin invested in this project to book a 2 BHK here and shared a negative Runwal Codename Enchanted review with us. He paid the token amount and was assured that the project will get delivered by 2025 or by 2026 maximum but now they have delayed it by two more years. It won’t get completed before 2028. They have been very polite with him and assured him that the booking amount will be refunded after cancellation. However, now that he has cancelled it, they have clearly told him that it is not possible to refund the money back. The same problem goes with
Runwal Eirene, another project by the Runwal group. I will suggest you wait a few more years and see what goes on before investing your hard earned money
