When I visited the property, I was satisfied with the services and facilities available. I have seen that they have a well-maintained park along with a community hall, a meditation space, and an indoor play area. But I think the project is moving forward extremely slowly. I also observed that lack of training and incomplete information affect the sales team. I smelled something like an industrial odour during my visit to the project. Right now, it seems a little confusing for me to take a decision. I will keep you updated with more Tycoons Square reviews in the future.

I think penalties will be imposed on the renewal price since MHADA owns the land and the lease expires in 2043. The building' construction condition suggests that they won't last long. I have heard some negative Tycoons Square reviews. It said there were many victims of fraud due to the differences between the writing in the agreement and the brochure. I am quite unsure how they obtained the authorisation to build tower A. If you have a reservation there, then you must check the RERA records for approval status. You must research thoroughly before going ahead.

I visited this project and it is situated in the middle of Kalyan. I think it is the perfect place for business people as well as family. Because it is near Birla College, and some special hospitals such as Fortis Hospital which is just 5 minutes from this property. Let me add one more point to the Tycoons Square review. I'm glad that I chose to invest with Tycoons to purchase a three-bedroom home at Rs.1.10 Crores. I know it is a little expensive. But it is worth the locality and facilities available. I want you to take a look by yourself and understand in a better way.
