What I really liked about TVS Emerald Aranya is that it is situated in a serene environment with good air quality and water table level as Nanmangalam reserve forest is nearby. It is accessible from developed areas, such as Medavakkam and Velachery, and residential hotspots such as Tambaram. However, I want you to know that you may witness some traffic bottlenecks during peak hours while accessing Central Chennai and OMR Highway. Plus, some civic amenities are still developing in the project’s vicinity.

I am planning to purchase a 3 BHK Villa in this project, so I can give you my honest TVS Emerald Aranya review. There is a toddler, a senior citizen, and a teenager in my family, and this project’s amenities suit the needs of each one of them.
For kids, there is a large playground with a Jungle gym and sandpit. For senior citizens, there is a senior citizen square. For teenagers, there is a party lawn & barbeque deck, bicycle rack, and skating rink.
