My sister and her husband bought an apartment in Park Pallazzo last year as this project was close to their offices. Recently she found out that this project has still not received an occupancy certificate. She later realized that this certificate is given after the construction of the project and Park Pallazzo is still under construction. However, it has received the commencement certificate. Moreover, it has built by a very reputed real estate developer Nandivardhan Group and is registered with RERA so she is not that worried.
