This is a ready to move in project as the Paras Dews possession date was done in July 2021. Being a resident, I can share my experience with this project. The society offers great amenities like a good club house, gym, restaurant, library, green area, walking track, and so on. But its remote location makes accessibility challenging, with a messy approach road leading to it. While the amenities are impressive, maintenance could be improved, as plumbers, mechanics, and other staff often arrive late.

In my opinion, it is the ideal location for purchasing inexpensive apartments or rooms. Because each apartment has adjacent servant rooms as well along with an accessible playground. The location seems to be promising for me for better future returns or to live with family. The finest feature I observed is that there is plenty of adjacent open space, which improves the quality of life there. My friend had a terrible experience with this project. So let me share his Paras Dews review. He made a new apartment booking and delivered a 9-lac cheque. Then, it is revealed that the apartment had already been sold to a person in finance and will be put up for sale again. But they couldn’t deliver it to him. He did get back the money from them in about 10 days. But the cheque bounced because there wasn't enough money in the account. He said he suffered a loss of Rs.25,000 throughout the entire procedure.

Let me share my Paras Dews review with you. When I visited this property, I saw that the parking is located in basement levels 1 and 2, which is fantastic. The clubhouse is also accessible, highly well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessities. The property's design seemed amazing to me and it is stunning both inside and out. But I have also seen that there is a cemetery close by, which is a little concerning. If that is something that bothers you, then you must rethink your decision of investing here.
