Quite an expensive project this, but the features are also a lot. The amenities, skating area, rock climbing, golf, mini theatre, salon and cafe are all quite luxurious if you ask me. So, this is more of a place for someone who is looking to live a relaxed life.

So these are premium homes, with a starting price is only close to 5 crore rupees. This here is a 3 BHK project with 3 BHK plus studio and duplex options too. I saw the model of the interior work and oh I was so impressed. Like the interiors follow a neutral palette and the whole look is modern, with a fresh feel to it. Also, the place itself has the Sky City Mall next to it, an upcoming Marriott hotel and also there is easy transport.

Hi Bijiya. I would like to share my opinion through an Oberoi Sky City review. I went there to check out a flat with my parents. Some of the towers were given possession last year. The property as a whole still has some work to be done. The elevators don’t function properly and the amenities are half functioning. To talk about the Oberoi Borivali price starts at Rs. 4.43 crores, which is a bit high for a locality like Borivali. We are still holding back on making a quick decision as we’ll compare similar properties first.

The Oberoi Sky City address is in Borivali East and the location is pretty good with nearby commute options, the upcoming Marriot Hotel and Sky City Mall. We have been looking for a premium flat and in terms of interiors, this does tick some boxes. There are aluminium windows, laminated flush doors, a modular kitchen, video door phone, imported marble flooring and more. Although we did feel that the price is a bit steep for the offerings as whole, so we have decided to look for other options in the locality.

I have heard a lot about the Oberoi Sky City project and recently my uncle planned to book an apartment here after going through the Oberoi Sky City floor plan. He shared with us the floor plan for 3 BHK apartments so let me share it with you all here-

As of now the Oberoi Sky City possession date is set for 2023, for A to D Towers but it is not sure in which month the actual possession will start. Tower E will get completed next year in December 2024 and F tower will not get completed before 2027. My concern was - Is Oberoi Sky City RERA approved or not and let me tell you it is so there will be no legal issues as such. The project RERA ID is

in the middle of a vast National Park, far from the city's congested areas. So if you want to be more in touch with nature, you can always consider this property as an investment option. I have also heard about some Oberoi Sky City problems. But I think it’s better if you visit the property once.

I remember visiting the location and seeing the show apartments on the 53rd floor. First, the prices of the units are nearly 30% too high. In the future years, Oberoi aims to develop the adjacent area. It means that development will continue for the following 10 years. I think it will cause noise and dust pollution till the development gets completed. This is one of the Oberoi Sky City problems I am concerned about. In comparison to the price, the apartment's height is just 9 feet. And I think it will be dropped to 8.5 feet after the false ceiling is installed. I suggest you wait for more reviews about this project and invest accordingly.

I consider Oberoi Sky City's apartments and the overall property to be very well thought out and developed. Therefore, you must absolutely look at this property if you wish to buy a 3 BHK in Borivali East. I think Oberoi Sky City Borivali possession date is around June 2025. But one of the most significant Oberoi Sky City problems is that Oberoi sells leasehold apartments rather than freehold ones. So it prevents you from obtaining complete ownership after having to spend a lot of money. You must think about this point before going ahead blindly.

The Oberoi Sky City Borivali price is increasing day by day just because of the hype people have created surrounding it. Its starting price of Rs 3.69 Crore is itself too much and goes up to Rs 3.72 Crore. I personally feel it is just too much. No Oberoi Sky City Borivali review should be believed as of now as the project is in its mid-stage construction. The project will have 2787 units spread across 27 Acres of land. The Oberoi Sky City total floors will be 62 storeys for each tower and there will be 8 total towers. It is indeed a huge project with a lot of investment done on it and I really want to check it out myself once. The Oberoi Sky City possession date for Tower F is set for 2027 so I wonder when will Tower G and H get completed.

I’ve visited Oberoi Sky City once as we were planning to invest in a property there. Let me give you my Oberoi Sky City Borivali review. The properties in this project are available in two configurations and five varied layouts, with 4 BHKs present in a 1950 square feet super area and 3BHKs in 1858, 1755, 1034, and 1400 square feet super area. You’d be glad to know that all these configurations feature one balcony. As far as I know, this project offers these high-end yet affordable apartments at about Rs. 2.68 to 3.63 crores.
