My friend has recently bought a development plot in Madhusudan Valley. I asked him why he invested in an under-construction project as I have heard bad things about them before. He told me that this project offers freehold, clear title, and demarcated N. A. plots with legal approval. There is a separate 7/12 extract for each plot. However, he told me that this project has not received a commencement certificate and occupancy certificate yet.

Hey,
I am thinking about investing in Madhusudan Valley at Murbad for vacation purposes. I heard about this project from my friend. He told me that it is spread across 25 acres of green land and offers bungalow plots with scenic surroundings and beautiful waterfalls during the monsoon season.
