There are several entertainment centres (City Pride Royal Cinemas), hospitals (Medilife Multispeciality Hospital and Shree Hospital), and schools (Marathwada Mitra Mandal Vidya Mandir High School and Smartkidz Play School & Day Care) near this project.

I visited Legacy Lifespaces Rahatani with my uncle who is planning to invest in this project. This well-managed and vibrant society offers a parking space, so you won’t have to worry about your vehicles here. My uncle has a kid, so he liked this project also because there is a play area here. He told me that his kid will love it here. Moreover, there is a lift also, so he won’t have to worry about climbing stairs anyway. He really liked this project and now the price negotiation with the builder is going on.
