My father is planning to buy a ready-to-move project in Nungambakkam and that’s when we came to know about Green Park. What he really liked about this project is that it is located close to Apollo Children's Hospital and Billroth Hospital, so we won’t have to worry in case of emergencies.
Moreover, I have to frequently go out of the city for business purposes and I am really glad that the train station is less than 10 minutes away from this project.

My sister’s kid studies at Deepam School For Special Children, so she was looking for an apartment near this school only. That’s when one of our relatives told us about Green Park. This project offers 3BHK apartments and has all the amenities (like lift and gym) that we were looking for. Best of all, this project is Vastu complaint.
This project was out of our budget but luckily, this project is a bank loan approved by PNB Housing Finance Limited so we were finally able to buy an apartment here.
