I visited the Godrej Azure Padur Chennai project to book a Godrej Azure resale apartment. The Godrej Azure Padur address is No.2, Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Thiruporur Taluk, Near Padur, Chennai South, Chennai 603103. I am so impressed with the sea-view apartments of this project, one will get to see a mesmerising view from their balcony. I bought a 2 BHK apartment in this project and the Godrej Azure Chennai price for a 2 BHK apartment is Rs. 60.3 Lacs Onwards (Approx. All Inclusive Price). The only poorly designed aspect is that the entry, and exit of both pedestrians and vehicles are all the same which is a bit risky.

The Godrej Azure location is perfect. It is very close to my workplace which is in the Siruseri SIPCOT Park just 10 minutes from Sholinganallur. However, you will face some traffic bottlenecks during peak hours while accessing Central Chennai and other parts of the city.

My friend is planning to book an apartment in this project, so I share his Godrej Azure Chennai review with you. It is a RERA Certified project and is also approved by several banks, such as LIC Housing Finance, HDFC, Corporation Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI, Dena Bank, SBI, India Bulls, and others.

If I talk about the amenities, then this project offers a fully equipped clubhouse, indoor gaming area, gymnasium, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, recreation rooms, outdoor sports courts, health centers, 24×7 Concierge Services, children’s play area, party hall, learning areas, etc.

I also want you to know that some civic amenities are still developing in the vicinity of the project.
