The residents of the locality are so friendly and helpful. To make it even better, this project has a good security service with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. Eros Sampoornam is close to many key social infrastructural facilities like schools, malls, hospitals, banks, etc.

I have recently booked an apartment in this project, so let me tell you my reasons for the same in this Eros Sampoornam review. The best part of Eros Sampoornam is that it offers affordable housing without compromising on advanced security features and recreational and leisure amenities. Moreover, it is also open on four sides, which is yet another significant USP apart from affordability. It is just a few kilometres away from Double Lane Bridge which connects Noida to Greater Noida (this was an important factor as my work requires travelling to both these places).

He told me that he really liked that the essence of this project is to offer a comprehensive and holistic lifestyle. Depending on the budget and other personal preferences, you can choose between 2 BHK (835-1425 sq. ft.) and 3 BHK (1070-1800 sq. ft.) residential apartments. However, he also told me that their sales team is not very professional, so be prepared if you decide to buy an apartment in this project.
