Hello, I would like to share my opinion about CRC Sublimis, a housing society we visited a month ago. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK flats. The CRC Sublimis price list ranges from 67.43 lakhs to 1.53 crore rupees.  There are two options for the 2 BHK type, where one offers a carpet area of 982 sq. ft., and the other offers a carpet area of 1170 sq. ft. Talking about the carpet area of the 3 BHK type, there are two options in the form of 1305 sq. ft. and 1485 sq. ft. The project also offers a wide array of amenities, including a clubhouse, outdoor tennis courts, private terrace/garden, swimming pool and many more. I would recommend you go for it if you’re looking for a lavish lifestyle. 

We purchased a 2 BHK flat in CRC Subliminis a couple of weeks back. We were quite happy with the CRC Sublimis 2 BHK price, which is in the range of 67.43 lakhs to 1 crore rupees. The  Sublimis possession date was August 2023, and several flats have already been sold. The project is ideal for families, who are looking to settle down in a good locality with a bunch of luxurious amenities, such as a swimming pool, tennis court, park, etc. It is spread across a spacious 5-acre land, which is well connected to markets and public transport stops. I would highly recommend you consider this as an option for a good and spacious home.
