I really loved the Aliens Space Station price, location and amenities of this project after I visited this property site. Aliens Space Station duplex price starts from rupees 1.1 crores for 3 BHK flat. I think this is a very good price for a posh flat in this city.

I can tell you Aliens Space Station address. It is Tellapur Rd, near Gachibowli, Tellapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 502032. I enquired about this project because it is located just 7 km from high tech city Gachibowli. My workplace is in Gachibowli so I knew this project would be very suitable for me. Aliens Space Station location is not just perfect because of this. There are many educational institutes like ISB and iiit which makes this locality a prime location. You can also visit the project like I did and check out the amazing amenities that they are offering. Aliens Space Station completion date is said to be in 2024 and I'm sure the project will turn out to be just as expected.

This project is a massive hoax. I reserved an apartment here in August 2020 and I must tell you all the Aliens Space Station issues we faced. When we first spoke with the team of Aliens Space Station, they told us that in the event of a cancellation, the booking fee would be repaid in 90 days. They also requested us to apply for loans from just a select few institutions with whom they have ties, which in and of itself raised red flags. No matter what you say, they won't consent to use the bank of our choosing. Later, they also stated that we could only visit the office if we wanted to see the paperwork.

They did not even let us take a photocopy of it for verification purposes. Also, the Aliens Space Station Hyderabad progress was unbelievably slow so we were forced to cancel it because of this dubious behaviour.

They provided the months of December 2020 and January 2021 for returning the money and stated that they would do so in two instalments. But it has been over 2.5 years now. After a lot of work and persistent follow-up, we have only been able to recover about half the money.

I have been to the property sites a few times and have seen that the conveniences and facilities offered in the space station community are unimaginable. especially the idea of sky gardens and pocket gardens is fantastic. I personally love how the balcony view gives you the impression that you are in a tourist area with a lake close by. They have built modern, technologically advanced residences with luxurious interiors. Aliens Space Station Hyderabad current status is under construction and the possession starts in October 2023. I can’t wait to move in here.

Although the Aliens Space Station floor plan is good with prices ranging from ₹1.18 crores to ₹4.16 crores for 3 BHK to 5 BHK homes.

But I still kindly ask any prospective consumers to avoid falling into their trap when they notice that their prices are lower than those of the Hyderabad market. They have cutting-edge model apartments and a glitzy brochure, but you'll never receive it.
