What are the reviews of Adroit Prosper, Thalambur, Chennai?

I visited the Adroit Prosper project after going through several positive Adroit Prosper reviews. I am planning to  book a flat in and around Thalambur, Chennai. The Adroit Prosper address is Thalambur Village, Kanchipuram District, Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Pin Code: 600130. This is a reasonably big project and the Adroit Prosper project size is extended over 4.62 acres. The important project highlights;

• Big sized master bedrooms

• Vastu compliant homes

• Corner property with good ventilation

I was looking for a 1 BHK house. On enquiring the sales staff about the Adroit Prosper 1bhk price, I got to know that they only offer 2 BHK homes.  I was provided with the below-given 2 BHK price list;

This is a RERA-registered project and the Adroit Prosper RERA number is TN/01/BUILDING/0010/2021. Overall, I liked the project. The expected possession is in June 2024.

Adroit Prosper offers well-ventilated 2 BHK apartments with all the facilities required for a quality lifestyle. Spread across 4.62 acres, every inch of space at this abode is efficiently utilized to offer you even more space, and evoke a sense of prosperity. The interiors are meticulously crafted with designer tiled floors, modern sanitary fittings in the bathroom, granite counter slab in the kitchen, and big windows for adequate sunlight. The prices of these apartments start from Rs. 48 lakhs, which I believe is very reasonable for such premium apartments in this location.
