I believe you want to check the current status of your building. Well, getting a RERA number from the builder is very important to check if the property is genuine. I live in Maharashtra and this is how I check the current status of the project.
Visit the MahaRERA website:
https://maharerait.mahaonline.gov.in/searchlist/search
Here you will find three options Registered Project, Registered Agents and Revoked Projects
Hit on the suitable option
Fill in the project name/agent name, promoter name, MahaRERA Project or agent registration number
Click on search
You can also click on ‘View all projects on Map’ and check out the details of the project.
