Thank you Renuji fir answering my query.but we are joint owners and mother expired in 2011.she has not done any will .Sister has been given her share but refuses to accept as in good faith we did not do anything in black and white.so she is taking advantage .Can I go to the court or lodge a complaint in police station? For harassing me
