We have two houses of 603 sq yards. My parents are no more. There are 3 legal heirs .3 daughters. One daughter is unmarried. The two married sisters are threatening the unmarried one that they will include the names of the grand children also as legal heir so that the unmarried one gets only a very small share. Is their stand correct legally?
