The two married sisters are threatening the unmarried one that they will include the names of the grand children also as legal heir so that the unmarried one gets only a very small share. All Class I heirs have equal rights. Class I heirs are sons, daughters, widows, mothers, sons of a predeceased son, widows of a predeceased son, son of a pre-deceased sons of a predeceased son, and widows of a predeceased son of a predeceased son. Hence, Their claim is not correct and they cannot include their children. All the three daughters will have equal rights based on the information you shared.
