Around 1 year before, my sister with her husband jointly booked one house and applied for pradhanmantri aawas yojana. Now they have decided to transfer the whole loan my sister’s name, ie, she will be sole owner. But the bank from where they have applied for loan told them that if she will be the sole owner then she won’t get the benefit of that scheme. This will be her first owned property. Now what should they do? Please guide
