    Hello sir, I am Landowner of Pagdi Building, There are 42 Tenants who are not paying me Rent from 10 years , Water Tax is also pending of 32lakhs they are not paying that also , Some of rooms also using illegal Electricity without meter, Now the problem is Building comes in C1 category TMC has Given Notice to Demolish building , TMC officers are forcing me to vacate all tenants but tenants are not listening to me , I had also given Ownership to some of tenants and some are not taking it , Tenants Who are not taking Ownership do they have any rights After building get demolished by TMC ? Humne kabhi koi tenant ko room sale he nahi kiya humne toh pagdi pe diya tha toh ab unka property pe kaise right ho sakta h koi ? Kya mujhe jo tenants demolishing k pehle Ownership nahi liye h kya unko bhi Rooms dena padega ? 600 monthly rent h vo bhi mujhe nahi dete kai log please sir help me out K Pagdi tenants ka koi right hota h tmc ne buildng ceased karke todne k baad .
