In 2020, I have booked a under construction property but later we decided to change the flat from same builder. The builder is ready to cancel the old flat and allotted us new flat after sanctioning new home loan of 24 lakh. He has only paid 60% of older loan. Now he is not responding on my calls and the interest of older loan continuously increasing due to which my CIBIL score is decreasing. We want now to cancel the new flat along with the old one. What we should do to get my money back for both older and new loan?
