For property registration in Aurangabad, you can visit the sub-registrar office. You need to bring the owner of the flat during the registration of the property. You need to get the stamp paper for registration and you must follow the guidelines to execute the registration. You also need to submit some documents along with the EC Certificate at the sub-registrar office to register property. The important documents are:
Encumbrance certificate
Original documents with signature of both the buyer and seller
Information related to the property (survey number, surrounding land details, size of the land etc)
Challan receipt
Property Card
ID proof of both the parties
PAN Card
Power of Attorney
Address proof
Map of the land
Valuation certificate provided by the Tahsildar.
The process I have shared above is offline. You can also opt for an online process to execute a sale agreement.
Due to the Corona situation I opted for an online sale agreement from NoBroker. NoBroker connected me with genuine people who helped me execute the sale deed agreement easily sitting inside my home. This is how you can opt for the online process too for sale deed agreement.
