PRCR stands for pre-authorised credit in a transaction. It means that an already authorised payment that had to be made has been done successfully with the debit card. So the reason for bank deduct money with PRCR is simple. It means you have authorised the bank to do the transaction.
Suppose you want to pay a party some amount every month. So the amount will be deducted from your bank account as PRCR and credited to the party. I would still request you to visit your bank and ask the reason for the deduction to the bank official.
