My sister and I have been living in the ABI Infrastructure in Nilgiris for the past few months now. One of the numerous resident-focused services offered at RA Regency is Power Backup. There are open spaces where gatherings or events can be hosted in addition to playgrounds, gardens, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, and jogging trails. Electricity and water are readily available every day of the week. There won't be any issues because all the facilities are either present or nearby.
But I dislike the location because it is in a very populated region. Additionally, it is far from where I work. You can purchase it here if you own a personal vehicle. However, because of its central location, it is accessible to several excellent locations, including;
3 kilometres from Kattabettu Junction or the Kotagiri-Ooty Road.
15 km from Ooty
13 km away from Coonoor
From Kotagiri Bus Stand: 9.5 Km
From Mettupalayam, 40 kilometres
Also, I find the pricing of the villas to be a little higher. 2 BHK villas range from ₹87.25 lacs to ₹94.63 lacs for an area ranging from 1000 sq. ft. to 1250 sq. ft. and 3 BHK villas range from ₹96.1 lacs to ₹1.09 crores for an area ranging from 1300 sq. ft. to 1750 sq. ft.
