My neighbours used to play loud music around midnight and that started affecting my sleep schedule. So, I called a lawyer friend of mine to know if I can take any legal action against them. He told me that creating noise is considered to be a public nuisance under the Indian Penal Code (Section 290). I suggest you call the police at 100 to complain about your loud neighbours.
