Hey there,
As per bye law, the maintenance charges are to be paid on a monthly basis or as per the date fixed by the committee of the society. On or before the date set by the Committee in this regard, the Secretary of the Society shall prepare a bill/demand notice in respect of the charges of the Society due by Members, in accordance with bye-law No. 70 (a). Every member of the Society must pay the full amount stated on the bill/demand notice within the time frame set by the Committee.
