Hi,
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board introduced the One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme to waive off the interest which were added on the arrears. The scheme launched on August 1, 2020, and the deadline to submit the pending dues was on September 15. Due to the Corona outbreak, it was extended till March 31 2021.
