If the transfer is being made through a sale deed, the sale of property is irrespective of the religion. However, if the hon’ble Supreme Court of India has quashed the order of the Collector, the transfer being made must be through another process, i.e., via gift deed or a will, or the property must be under some dispute. Then you must obey the Supreme Court.
