Opinion about tenat land issue a land of 1.36 gunta as granted to namadar and the inamdar is muslim and next he gifted that land to her daughter and the same land has been sold by her and that has been registered 1992-1993 through sale deed we ore cultivating that land from past 30 years ....my question is the transfer of land legal?
