It is unclear what you want to do and exactly when you are being shown the PF advance form. PF advance form or form 3` is used mainly to file a claim for partial withdrawal or advance from EPF for Employees' Provident Fund account. There are certain criterias to do it like:
An employee must be 54years old or above
If he is 54 years old, he can withdraw 90% of the amount
If a person is unemployed for a month, he can withdraw 75% of the balance and the rest, that is 25% can be withdrawn after the second month of unemployment
